€75,000 key money for Wicklow Street leasehold

Savills is seeking offers in excess of €75,000 key money to purchase the leasehold interest of 28 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2.

The unit, which is currently occupied by Magee, will become vacant by the end of March when the Donegal-based clothing retailer relocates.

28 Wicklow Street comprises 52 sq m of ground floor retail and 37 sq m of first floor retail trading. Further retail trading exists at second floor with partial storage/office, the remainder of which is located at basement and third floor.
