60 acres on offer has frontage to N2

The disposal of 60 acres at Cherryhound, Kilshane, Co Dublin, is being handled by CBRE on the instructions of the receiver Tom Kavanagh of kavanaghfennell. The property is being offered to the market for sale by private treaty.

The property is situated in an established industrial location, about 12km northwest of Dublin City Centre.

It is located just off the N2 on the western side of the newly constructed N2/N3 link road.

The lands are also situated in close proximity to a number of business parks including Northwest Business Park and Rosemount Business Park.

The area benefits from convenient M50 motorway access to all of the main routes from Dublin, Dublin Airport and the Dublin Port Tunnel.

The property benefits from excellent frontage on to the N2 of approximately 530 metres.

The entire site is held in a single block and the boundaries are defined by trees, natural hedgerows and timber fencing.

Wesley Rothwell, who is handling the sale, believes the property will appeal to both farmers and investors as it comprises an excellent quality land holding which is partially zoned industrial.

As well as its extensive frontage on to the N2 the site has convenient access to the M50 motorway.
