That would be the equivalent of almost €17,600 per acre. Suitable for tillage, the property also comes with a two-storey, three-bedroom detached farm house, which is currently let on a two-year lease from November 2012.
As the surrounding area comprises a mix of one-off residential dwellings, agricultural land and commercial uses, the Hillview property could have a number of potential uses.
Kinsealy is an attractive residential location, situated approximately 13.5km from Dublin City Centre. The land comprises a predominantly level and regular-shaped plot of 21.85 hectares (54 acres).
It is laid out in a single, easily manageable lot which is bounded by natural hedgerows.
Access to the property is provided via a local access road, which links to the Malahide Road. The property is located in an area zoned Objective "GB", which is "to protect and provide for a Greenbelt", under the Fingal County Council Development Plan 2011-2017.
Paul Callanan of CBRE who is handling the sale, believes the property will appeal to both farmers and private individuals as it comprises good quality tillage land with a residence producing rental income.
"Given the existence of a residence on the lands, interested parties will see the potential to develop a one-off private dwelling, subject to planning permission, on a significant land holding," he adds.
