Paul Menton of Quillsen Auctioneers is seeking offers in excess of €3m for 'The Haven', a prime residential development opportunity at 126 Howth Road, Clontarf in Dublin 3.
Built around 1903, the property which stands on 0.34 hectares (0.84 acres) is zoned Z1 in The Dublin City Development Plan 2016- 2022.
A feasibility study by Downey Planning suggests the demolition of the existing house and the construction of three four-storey apartment blocks (25 units) and one detached house to the rear of the site. No doubt other development schemes would be suitable on the property.
The Haven is located next to the sought-after modern developments of Ashbrook and Auburn, while the exclusive Norabrook development, which is currently under construction, is situated directly opposite to the subject site.
