€20 per sq ft to rent an office in Clontarf
SAVILLS have been instructed to let part of an office block in north Dublin for less than €20 per square foot.
The agents have been tasked with renting unit 10, The Seapoint Building in Clontarf. The unit is a two- storey modern "high quality" office building on the Clontarf Road. It is an end-of-terrace unit within a development of 19 units.
