A site with planning permission for a large mixed development in the coastal town of Termonfeckin, Co Louth, has come to the market with a €1.2m price tag.
As well as permission for 144 new homes, the 16-acre site has permission for a supermarket, further ground floor retail space of 504 sq m, and 1,059 sq m of office space over two levels.
