Award-winning restaurant closed for Christmas after fire
A popular Dublin city centre restaurant has announced it will closed for Christmas after a fire broke out on the premises early today.
Le Bon Crubeen on Talbot Street in Dublin city centre today issued a statement announcing their closure over the festive season and are still uncertain as to when they will re-open.
"Due to a serious electrical fire in the kitchen at Le Bon Crubeen that broke out early this morning, the restaurant will be closed until further notice while repairs are carried out," the restaurant said today.
"At this time we do not know what date we will re-open; but we are working hard to get back to normal operations. However; it is unlikely the restaurant will be back open before Christmas."
Staff are in the process of contacting any customers with bookings over the month of December.
"The restaurant staff are contacting guests with reservations to inform them. For more information on the closure please contact the restaurant by email firstname.lastname@example.org"
