Two Polish men seriously injured in Dublin stabbing

Two men remain in a serious condition in hospital this morning following a stabbing incident in Dublin last night.

They sustained serious stab wounds to the head in a row on Benbulbin Road in Drimnagh just before 7pm.

Gardai said that the two injured men are polish nationals in their late 20s.

It is understood they sustained serious stab wounds to the head during a row involving five people.

The two men are being treated at St James Hospital where they are said to be in a serious condition.

Gardai at Sundrive Road are investigating the incident and are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward.
