A woman is believed to be hospital after falling down a hole outside a café in London.
Ambulance services were called to the North End Road in Fulham at around 8.50am when witnesses reported seeing a woman apparently disappear when a section of “pavement collapse” beneath her outside the Marrakech Express café.
The woman, believed to be in her mid-40s, was rescued by fire crews before being treated for minor injuries.
Early reports indicated that a pram was seen going into the hole with the woman but London police are reporting that only a woman was being treated for injuries.
It is believed that the woman was pushing a shopping trolley when she stumbled into the four metre deep hole outside the café in north west London.
