Video: Baby accused of attempted murder in Pakistan
A 9-month-old baby named Musa Khan has been charged with attempted murder in Pakistan.
The infant and his family have been accused of attacking police along with employees of a gas company, according to family lawyer, Irfan Tarar.
The incident is alleged to have occurred when the gas company technicians arrived at the family home to cut connections of houses that had not paid their gas bills.
The employees claimed the family – including Musa – stoned them, causing serious injury.
Pakistani police say an assisted sub inspector complained that the family had beat him up and gave him a head injury.
The nine month-old appeared in court with his grandfather Muhammed Yaseen, who said Musa isn't even able to pick up his milk bottle properly.
Musa has been granted bail and the next hearing is set for April 12th.
