US film critics give Charlotte Rampling best actress accolade

America's National Society of Film Critics has honoured British actress Charlotte Rampling for her role in the marital drama 45 Years.
Rampling, 69, was named best actress and Michael B Jordan was voted best actor for his role as Adonis Johnson in the seventh Rocky boxing film.
Society members who gathered at Lincoln Centre for the Performing Arts in New York named Spotlight the best film of 2015 and also gave it the prize for best screenplay.
The movie chronicles the Boston Globe's Pulitzer Prize-winning investigation into child abuse in the Catholic Church.
The Los Angeles Film Critics Association named it best film of the year last month and it is a Golden Globe best picture nominee.
