Donald Trump's private helicopter has been spotted at his plush Florida resort, despite him not being allowed to use it.

The US President is only allowed to travel on Air Force One or Marine One while he's in office but the public still spotted his distinctive personal aircraft on the front lawn of the Mar-a-Lago resort on Saturday and Sunday.

The helicopter is unmissable as it has Trump's name in bold red letters on the tail and steps, as well as his family crest - the former Apprentice star is thought to own two of them.

The Secret Service told Associated Press that Trump hasn't travelled on his helicopter since his inauguration.
