A fatal crash that killed two siblings and a pensioner was so horrific that the emergency responder suffered from a heart attack at the scene.

Eric Neibaur (15) and his 13-year-old sister, Lauren, were killed in a head-on crash in Idaho, US on Sunday evening, according to the New York Post.

The 15-year-old had been driving a pick-up truck when the accident occurred.

The driver of the other car, pensioner Jay Lanningham (70), was also killed.

The first responder went into cardiac arrest when he was pulling the bodies from the vehicles.

The siblings' parents had been driving infront when they noticed their children's car had disappeared.

The teens' mother Bobbi Neibaur told the New York Post that the two were inseperable.

“Everybody can say that they are friends, that they loved their siblings, or whatever they want, but those two were unique,” he said.

“They had a magical connection.”
