A man accused of three murders threatened a judge that is renowned for her kind gestures in court.

Brice Rhodes, who is accused of killing three people including two teenagers, was wearing a spit mask when he was wheeled into Judge Amber Wolf's court in Jefferson District, Kentucky.

His profanity-laced tirade was caught on video.

"Why you all havin' me come in like this for?" Rhodes' muffled voice asked from behind the spit mask, according to a courtroom video obtained by WDRB.com.

He added after an angry, expletive-filled protest; "I don't care what I've been charged with."

He continued; "I don't care! I don't care!

"Don't you think I'm gonna **** find out where you live at?...*** I don't give a *** about none of that! I didn't do ***! I'll be out!"

"You got family! I'll be out!"

The judge charged him with assault in the fourth degree, minor injury, terroristic threatening in the third degree and harassment with physical contact.
