Lohan's father denies assault

Lindsay Lohan's Irish-born father has pleaded not guilty to attacking his ex-girlfriend during an argument. Michael Lohan, originally from galway, entered the plea yesterday.

He was arrested in March after his ex-girlfriend accused him of abusing her and preventing her from calling police. A trial is set for July 5.
