MTV's 'Teen Mom' on abuse charges
'Teen Mom' star Amber Portwood has been charged with domestic battery and child neglect after an episode of the MTV show in which she was filmed slapping, choking and kicking the 24-year-old father of her daughter.
Police said Portwood (20) was arrested after dozens of complaints. The child neglect charges stem from Portwood's then one-year-old daughter being present during two of the instances.
