Forecasters are warning of critical fire conditions as crews battle a wildfire that has scorched more than 4.5 square miles in central Oklahoma.
Guthrie fire chief Eric Harlow said firefighters have contained about 90% of the blaze after winds died down in the city about 35 miles north of Oklahoma City.
He added that the wildfire has destroyed at least 10 homes and left one person dead.
