Tycoon ordered to take paternity test over Dati child

A FRENCH court has ordered a paternity test for a multi-millionaire who former Justice Minister Rachida Dati (pictured) claims fathered her nearly four-year-old daughter.

But the mystery is likely to continue because the alleged father is legally entitled to refuse.

Last month, the 46-year-old named Dominique Desseigne, a 68-year-old widower, as the father of her child and took her case to a court in Versailles.
