Teen murdered 'dirty paedophile', court told

Shenai Raif and  John-Paul Ford Rojas

A 14-year-old girl killed a "dirty paedophile" who she said abused her, the Old Bailey in London has heard.

She and a 14-year-old boy stabbed suspect Robert Daley (45) after the Crown Prosecution Service decided to drop the case, jurors were told.

The girl had complained to police, along with her 16-year-old sister and a woman, saying Mr Daley had sexually assaulted them, but she had not made a statement.

After her arrest, the girl said she had first been abused by Mr Daley at the age of 12 but it had been a year since he last sexually assaulted her. Mr Daley denied all claims.

The boy and girl, who cannot be named and are both now 15, deny the April 23 murder.
