Proper Misses: Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice

SARAH Ferguson's two daughters get a hard time in the press and dear, oh dear, their outfits yesterday didn't do them any favours.

Between Beatrice's bizarre hat that looked like a fussy bow with billowing ribbons, and Eugenie's Vivienne Westwood puffball hem and blue satin skirt, they stood out among the junior royals for all the wrong reasons.

While Beatrice's Valentino coat and dress, all from the nude palette, looked nice, her whacky Philip Treacy hat looked like a lamp base and only gave the fashion police a stick with which to beat her.

The princess wore all the same colour from head to toe, except for her dark eye make-up.

As for Eugenie, the volume in her skirt only added to the width at her rear.
