France’s most iconic landmark the Efiffel Tower is in darkness tonight as a mark of respect to those who lost their lives in the shocking terrorist attacks in the French capital tonight.
The death toll has sprialled to 120 victims after attacks at seven locations in the city.
As France plunged into a state of emergency, and borders were closed for the first time since 1958, the lights at the Eiffel Tower have been turned off as a mark of respect.
