Pair fail to force paternity test on Spanish king
A SPANISH waiter and a Belgian housewife who claim to be illegitimate children of King Juan Carlos (74) of Spain have lost a legal attempt to prove his paternity.
Spanish courts rejected demands to make the king take a paternity test, declaring that under Spain's constitution, "the monarch cannot be held accountable".
