Munich shooting: What we know so far

Here's what we know so far about the shooting in Munich this evening.

A shooting has taken place at Munich’s Olympia-Einkaufszentrum shopping centre.

  • The shooting reportedly began in a fast food restaurant before 6pm.

 

  • 10 people have been killed so far.

 

  • 10 others are reportedly injured.

 

  • Reports suggest there are three gunmen involved.

  • Police are telling people to stay in their homes and the area is in lockdown.

 

  • There is no motive known yet for the attack.

 

  • A second shooting incident has also been reported but unconfirmed.
