Maybe Baby: Is there a little prince on the way for William & Kate?
SIX months after their royal wedding, Prince William and Kate Middleton are rumoured to be expecting a baby, according to reports in British newspapers.
According to reports in today’s Sun newspaper, during a visit to a UNICEF centre in Copenhagen, Kate appeared to constantly pat her tummy and place a protective hand in front of her normally very flat stomach.
The 29-year-old princess is also said to have politely refused to sample a peanut paste that is given to people in famine stricken areas. Pregnant women are advised not to eat foods that contain peanuts for fear of allergies in their unborn child. Cameras are said to have caught Prince William giving his wife a knowing look as he tucked into tasting the paste.
Cameras also caught many concerned and knowing glances between the couple, who have let it be known they are anxious to start a family. Last week the British government very quickly changed the laws of succession to the throne, meaning that if Kate and William have a first born daughter, she can become queen, rather than seeing the title pass to a younger brother, as has been the case for hundreds of years.
