Man, woman and girl found dead in their home in the UK
A murder investigation has been launched after a man, woman and girl were found dead by police.
The three bodies were discovered in a house in Vicarage Road, Didcot, Oxfordshire, after officers were called by a member of the public last night.
The identity of the victims and the cause of their deaths have yet to be established, Thames Valley Police said. No arrests have been made.
Investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Simon Steel of the Thames Valley Police major crime unit, said: "A man, a woman and a girl were pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance staff. Their deaths are being treated as suspicious.
"This is a tragic incident and our thoughts are with the loved-ones of the deceased."
Officers received the tip-off at a round 8.23pm and detectives are keen to hear from witnesses who may have been in the area of Vicarage Road at the time.
Det Chief Insp Steel added: "A scene watch is in place in Vicarage Road, which is currently closed with access to residents only.
"I understand this incident will have an impact on the community and residents will be concerned. As you can understand, we are in the early stages of this investigation, but we will work hard to make sure the community is kept updated when we can.
