Lord's pornographer son cut out of will

Laura Roberts in London

AN English aristocrat cut his eldest son out of his £46m (€50m) will because he disapproved of his heir's career producing blue movies.

The late Lord Feversham, who died aged 64 in March last year, disinherited Jasper (41) and shared his estate between his three other children and second wife, newly released documents show.

His second son, Jake, is living in the family home, Duncombe Park in North Yorkshire with his wife, two children and Lord Feversham's widow, the Dowager Lady Feversham.

The 18th-century stately home, set in 14,000 acres, would ordinarily have been left to the eldest male heir.

However, the sixth Lord Feversham had been estranged from his eldest son for years and was known to dislike his reputation as a leading pornographer.

The will gave his three other children, Jake (37) and Melissa (36) from his first marriage, and Patrick (28) from his second, equal shares of the family trust's income but made no mention of his first child.

Jasper Duncombe inherited only his father's title, becoming the seventh Lord Feversham.

He lives in Fulham, west London with his wife Candida, a photographer, and their baby son Orlando Balthazar Duncombe, and runs two pornography companies, Tongue in Cheek and Relish XXX.
