The cartoon shows a French flag and a Belgium flag crying together, with the dates of both the November 13 terror attacks in Paris and the March 22 terror attacks in Brussels written underneath.
In a further act of solidarity, the Eiffel Tower will show the colours of the Belgium flag tonight.
