Grave concern in Paris as thieves dig up the dead in search for gold
Paris has been hit by a wave of grave robberies, with thieves prepared to dig up bodies to steal gold and jewellery.
In Pantin Cemetery, dozens of bodies have been disturbed, with gold teeth and jewellery stolen. Last week, police arrested three gravediggers. According to a source, the men targeted the freshest graves, opening them at night. One suspect was carrying 10 gold teeth.
