A 15-year-old schoolgirl is still missing two days after she was last seen with a man more than twice her age.
Police have said they are "growing concerned" for the welfare of Rebecca McLean, from Southampton, Hampshire.
The teenager is believed to have travelled to the Isle of Wight with 33-year-old Michael Britten, also from Southampton.
They were last seen together in Ryde, Isle of Wight, on Saturday morning.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said: "Police would like the public's help in tracing missing teenager, Rebecca McLean, 15, from Southampton.
"Rebecca is believed to be on the Isle of Wight with 33-year-old Michael Britten, also from Southampton.
"Police are growing concerned for their welfare."
Rebecca's mother, Julie Middleditch, told the Daily Mail that her daughter had left home two years ago to live at a friend's house, where Mr Britten was also a lodger, but social services had said they intended to move her to new accommodation.
Ms Middleditch said: "Social services said she wasn't allowed to stay there any longer and I think, as soon as she heard that, she chose to run off with Michael."
She added: "I can barely sleep with all this worry - it's such a difficult time for us all and I just need to know she is safe."
Ms Middleditch said the Facebook statuses for both Rebecca and Mr Britten had been changed from "single" to "in a relationship" on the same day.
