A woman has been charged with making fraudulent claims for support provided to the survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Joyce Msokeri (46) of Ambleside Gardens, Sutton, south London, is charged with six counts of fraud, the Metropolitan Police said.

She will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court today.

Msokeri was arrested on July 25.

A total of 80 people were killed in the Grenfell Tower blaze on June 14.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information about fraud being committed to contact them.
