Cypriot govt proposes "Solidarity Fund" to parliament

The Cypriot government proposed to parliament the creation of a "Solidarity Fund" based on revenues from hydrocarbon exploitation, bonds and other assets to help it raise billions of euros to clinch an EU bailout.
