The leader of the Ugandan-backed Congolese Liberation Movement (MLC) said Kabila had violated the ceasefire by attacking his troops in Dongo, on the border of the Central African Republic on Friday.
``The Lusaka ceasefire no longer applies. It is null and void,'' Jean-Pierre Bemba said by satellite telephone from his base in the north-east Congo.
