'Captive' for 10 years

Store a hive of activity

Police say the victim was dating Garcia in 2004, when she was 15 and after assaulting her mother, he drugged the girl and drove her to a house in Compton, where he locked her in a garage. Police say he used physical and emotional abuse to prevent her from fleeing. The woman, now 25, came forward after finding her sister on Facebook.
