Soap queen Barbara Windsor has said she had a fling with George Best in the 1960s, calling him "fabulous".
The 'Carry On' star, who quit her role as EastEnders landlady Peggy Mitchell in July after almost 16 years, told how she got together with Best at a film premiere in Manchester. She said he told her: "When do I ever get to talk to somebody like you?" It was great, he was fabulous, she said.
Flat move costs woman clothes
A woman lost everything after her flatmate loaded everything she owns into the wrong car.

Lewd picture show dispute
The mayor of Paris was criticised by the French Human Rights League for barring children from an exhibit of photographs including sexually explicit shots of teenagers.
The French Human Rights League called the move "backward and reactionary." The mayor's office is worried that letting youngsters in could leave it liable to legal attacks due to a law against showing pornographic images to children and is punishable with up to three years in prison.
No porn charge for instructor
Police say an un-named blood bank worker won't be charged for accidentally showing gay pornography to high school students during a presentation last month.
Police in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, said the worker was trying to project a presentation stored on his personal flash computer drive when the porn popped on to the screen instead, but didn't constitute a crime.
Depp's fun lesson for mutinous kids
actor Johnny Depp surprised London schoolchildren by appearing as Captain Jack Sparrow from 'Pirates Of The Caribbean'.
Depp's visit came after nine-year-old pupil Beatrice Delap wrote to Sparrow, asking to help a mutiny against her teachers at Meridian Primary School in Greenwich, Greater London.
