The UK public tuned into Question Time on Friday night to help aid their decision on who should be Britain’s next Prime Minister – and they came back with a rather left-field answer.

Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn were scheduled to stand in front of a studio audience, although not at the same time, and face questions.

One man in particular drew a lot of attention, not just for his question but because of his incredibly extra facial hair.

It’s quite splendid, and people thought they’d spotted our next leader.

Although they also smelled a missed opportunity.

The question put to May also drew a strong reaction. He asked how the public could trust the Conservatives when no figures were given in the manifesto.

But, really, it was just the moustache. That wonderfully curled moustache.

Don’t be surprised to wake up and find moustache man Twitter accounts all across your timeline, either.
