Police said 24-year-old Juan Rodriguez, of New York City, was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct on Sunday.

The billionaire recently offered one million dollars to anyone who could streak in front of the US president with the name of Mr David's competition website on his chest.

Mr David told The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News that he is an Obama fan but streaking is a time-honoured way of getting attention.
