Lager rout as derailed train hits DeRailed bar
A freight train carriage that derailed in northern Iowa rolled into and damaged a track-side bar - called DeRailed.
The accident happened as crews moved carriages and changed connections in Charles City, about 140 miles north east of Des Moines .
Police chief Hugh Anderson said it appeared that the track separated and the grain carriage tipped about 45 degrees into the back of the bar.
Mr Anderson said a patrol officer called him to say a train carriage had derailed into DeRailed, adding: "It's not every day you get to say that."
No-one was injured but damage to the bar was estimated at 10,000 dollars (£7,700).
