Incontinent crow livens up Anita Rani and James Martin's This Morning debut
Anita Rani and James Martin's This Morning debut was marred by a bird relieving itself during the ITV show.
The Countryfile presenter and celebrity chef had to deal with a crow answering the call of nature on its owner on live television.
In a segment titled "My pet crow thinks I'm its mum", guest Vikkie Kenward told the duo about the close relationship she has with the bird she rescued.
During the conversation, Rani asked if the crow was toilet trained.
Kenward replied: "Most of his toilets are outside, but he does have the odd accident."
Shortly afterwards, the crow, named Fagin, went to the toilet on its owner's arm.
Guests on the show also included Mrs Brown's Boys star and creator Brendan O'Carroll and EastEnders' Harry Reid.
The duo have stepped in to present ITV's flagship daytime series on Fridays during the summer.
Friday's regular presenters, Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, will in turn present on Mondays to Thursdays while Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby take their annual break.
Rani and Martin's presenting debut drew mixed reactions from viewers on social media.
Some branded them "wooden" and "unwatchable", while others thought they were a "cracking combo".
