A group of London police officers have made an arresting attempt to claim the global Running Man Challenge dance title.

The officers from Kingston Police responded to a challenge originally issued by police in New Zealand as part of a recruitment drive.

Around the world, law enforcement agencies have sent their best dancers out to bust a move to Ghost Town's 1996 hit My Boo.

Officers based in Kingston didn't shy from the challenge and were lead by PC Dan Graham who gave a polished performance in a video posted on Twitter and Facebook.

The Kingston team nominated NPAS Redhill and Surrey Police to follow-up the challenge with their own dance video.
