Caught on camera - 50 sharks spotted swimming along British Coast

Around 50 sharks were filmed swimming in rising tidal waters close to the British Coast.
The video shows an unprecedented number of smooth-hound sharks in knee-deep water near West Sussex. Nature Warden Peter Hughes, who filmed the video, said he was astounded to see so many fins that close to land.
"We assume they were coming in to feed on the crabs and other marine life that have made their home at Medmerry," he told Sky News.
"We knew in time that [this] was going to be a great place for wildlife, but I don’t think anyone expected this."
This breed of shark is common in British coastal waters, but it is rare to spot one of them. Shark-spotters who are hoping for a repeat performance may be disappointed though, as Mr Hughes says he's not sure if anything like this would happen again any time soon.
This is not the only spectacular shark-related video to surface this week. Video footage, filmed in Massachusetts, captures the moment a great white shark was saved after becoming stranded trying to catch seagulls.
A group of around 30 people kept the animal alive by pouring water over the shark until conservationists arrived on the scene.
