Couples in cars are more likely to be getting angry than getting amorous, according to a survey.
A total of 47.5% of men and almost 30% of women claim to have had sex in their car, the poll by Confused.com found.
But nearly 60% of men and almost 63% of women have had in-car arguments, the survey of 2,000 car owners showed.
Around 10% of those polled had been dumped by their partner while in a car, while 24% of men and 18% of women had flirted with another driver while at the wheel.
Automobile ardour appears to be most prevalent in Brighton, where 68% of drivers claimed to have had in-car sex.
In contrast, only 22% of Worcester drivers admitted to automobile lovemaking.
Men reckoned women who drove Audis were the sexiest, while male Audi drivers also appealed to most women.
