Bercow tells off MPs for sneering

Commons Speaker John Bercow has admonished Tory MPs for braying, sneering and being rude during Prime Minister's questions.
Mr Bercow intervened after Labour MP Siobhain McDonagh (Mitcham and Morden) appeared to stumble on her question about the "bobby tax" to David Cameron.
Ms McDonagh had tried to ask her question without notes before admitting defeat and picking them up from her seat, to loud shouts from the Tory benches.
The Speaker intervened after she had asked her question, saying: "This question will be heard. Braying and sneering and making rude remarks is the sort of thing that the public despise.
"The honourable lady will be heard and the person sneering, if he's got any sense of shame, ought to be ashamed of himself."
