A 20-year-old man has survived a hit and run incident where he was catapulted into the air in California.
Police in Buena Park, California continue their search for a hit-and-run driver who injured a 20-year-old man on Sunday.
The car struck the man as he was lawfully walking across a crossroad in the town 20 miles southwest of Los Angeles.
The man can be seen on surveillance video being catapulted into the air as the driver races away. The man was taken to a hospital, but was later released after being treated for bumps and bruises.
Police suspect the collision may have been intentional.
