A MOTHER is seen apparently holding down her toddler son while he is forced to get a tattoo in an horrific video that has emerged online.
The boy, believed to be three years old, was terrified and in pain as his mother restrained him while someone tattooed his arm.
Te incident reportedly happened in Havana, Cuba. As the toddler was getting the tattoo, he desperately tried to rip himself from his mother's grip.
At one point in the cruel tattoo session, the mother can be heard saying in Spanish, "Look, look!".
