The daughter of the late pop star Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown was placed in a coma to stop brain swelling after she was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home on the weekend, family friend Kim Burrell told 'Access Hollywood'.

Bobbi Kristina Brown (21) has been hospitalised in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell since being discovered in the tub by her husband last weekend.

€500,000 in the bag

Authorities in Cyprus have confiscated €500,000 from a Greek businessman who tried to fly home with the cash after banks on the island refused to let him deposit it.

State radio reported the businessman had arrived in Cyprus from Greece, carrying the money in his luggage in bills of €200 and €500.

Crash pilot selfies

The pilot of a small plane was taking 'selfie' pictures with a mobile phone on a series of short flights around a Colorado airport in 2014 before he crashed on one of the jaunts, killing himself and a passenger, federal investigators found.

The National Transportation Safety Board said the 29-year-old pilot of the Cessna 150K plane lost control in the crash near Watkins, Colorado.

Wrong direction

A motorist drove the wrong way for nine miles down major roads including Britain's busiest motorway.

Mitchell Locke was banned from driving for three years and sentenced to 14 months in a young offenders' institute after his black BMW was seen travelling in an anti-clockwise direction on the clockwise section of the M25 in Kent.

After leaving the motorway, the 20-year-old continued driving into oncoming traffic. He was hoping to turn off but did not know where the next exit was.

The widow of comic legend Robin Williams and his three adult children are locked in a pitched battle over his estate months after his death, court records show.

The conflict centres on items the groundbreaking comedian left behind after committing suicide in August, from clothing and watches to collectibles such as bicycles and figurines, as well as some of his fortune.
