THE CIA agent who played a leading role in hunting down Osama bin Laden (pictured) was reportedly passed over for promotion after clashing with fellow agents over who deserved credit for the raid.
The female officer, who is the inspiration for the heroine in the new film 'Zero Dark Thirty' has been dogged by moments of erratic behaviour since the mission, according to reports.
She allegedly criticised dozens of colleagues after they were given awards, claiming that they had tried to obstruct her as she pieced together clues that led to the compound in Pakistan. (© Daily Telegraph, London)
