Whale watchers pulled from sea

TWO British women on a whale-watching boat that capsized off Cape Town survived the ordeal that claimed two lives by breathing from air pockets under the hull.

The women, named by the city authorities as Lynette Hartman and Bronwyn Armstrong, were rescued more than three hours after another 35 British, French and South African citizens were pulled from the shark-infested waters. (© Daily Telegraph, London)
