Kathryn Thomas lives it up in Las Vegas ahead of St. Patrick's Day
Kathryn Thomas' travel show No Frontiers may be off the air, but the bubbly blonde still enjoys the perks of her celebrity status when it comes to travel.
The hugely successful TV presenter is currently living it up in Las Vegas to promote The Gathering tourism initiative ahead of St. Patrick's Day on Monday. And it's certainly not all work and no play for the Carlow native.
Kathryn has been enthusiastically tweeting photos of her trip to the party city, including a shot of her in front of the world famous 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign, which has been lit green to honour the Irish. She was welcomed by the city mayor Oscar Goodman and two showgirls before being interviewed by Fox News to discuss all things Irish.
"Doing interview with Fox news about my $10 million win on the slots.... oh and 'the greening' @gathering," she said on Twitter.
The newly single star showed off her svelte figure in a black pencil skirt and 'I love Vegas t-shirt - in green, of course. But Kathryn isn't the only famous Irish face taking advantage of Paddy's Day Stateside.
Celebrity chefs Clodagh McKenna, Rachel Allen and Stuart O'Keeffe have all been enjoying the Irish novelty over the last few days.
Clodagh and Rachel are both in New York working with major networks like ABC and NBC showing off their cooking skills - whether it's soup and soda bread or shamrock cookies. Stuart. meanwhile, has been demonstrating his cookery skills on the Hallmark channel.
