She has an incredible bikini body and she could pass for a woman half her age, but actress Jane Seymour’s figure is no mean feat.
She once said that “three of four Maltesers” is always enough to satisfy her chocolate cravings.
In addition to her impressive willpower with small portions, the 63-year-old former Bond Girl has credited her toned figure with water, exercise and a good night’s sleep. She insists she never diets.
Snapped this week on a family break in Hawaii, speculation on how Seymour has the body of a twenty-something was rife.
Seymour, who has four children from two of her four marriages, looked amazing as she posed while a friend took photographs of her with her granddaughter Willa.
“I just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can. No diets here,” she once told the Daily Mail.
“I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I'll just eat half of it.
“'I always wear a hat when I’m out in the sun. I drink a lot of water, and my skin is at its best when I’ve had sleep.”
Seymour also said she goes to the gym three times a week, plays tennis, golf and swimming.
While travelling, she likes to power walk and do push-ups.
Seymour admits to going under the knife for an eye-lift ‘years ago’ when photographers asked her would she consider getting them done as they spent a lot of time touching up pictures.
“It wasn’t a big deal,” she said, “I went out for lunch the day after surgery.”
The mum-of-four also admits to a boob job 20 years ago.
“It was 20 years ago,” she continued.
“ I’d breastfed my first two children and things weren’t what they had been.
“I’d never had a big bust, I always say they had to make smaller implants just for me, but I wanted the shape back. Clothes fit and look better. It was a good move.”
Seymour split from her director husband of 20 years James Keach last April and has been spotted on dates since.
