Baby Sadie makes her Aviva debut to support BOD at Ireland match
Introducing...baby Sadie! She's only a few weeks old, but baby Sadie experienced her first rugby match over the weekend. Amy Huberman braved the cold weather to support husband Brian O'Driscoll from the stands as Ireland battled it out against France on Saturday. And she took baby daughter Sadie along in what might be the last time he represents his country on home soil.
It is pictures like these which show how Brian and Amy have become the most beloved celebrity couple in Ireland - with Amy's supportive face saying ti all. Amy was wrapped in a blue plastic poncho to protect herself from the pounding ran and little Sadie was swaddled comfortably in a pink onesie. Although her face was protected from the weather and the cameras, there was no way that their first daughter would miss seeing her dad in action.
Brian's knee injury forced him off the pitch at 71 minutes, but his wife was there immediately to show him her support, and of course, that of their daughter. BOD has always been a credit to both the game and his country, and it seems the 50,000 Irish and French fans in the stands feel the same. He was given an incredible round of applause and standing ovation upon his exit from the pitch.
